Help your loved one on the path to relief

As a Care Partner to your loved one, you know firsthand how chronic neck and back pain can affect your lives. We appreciate you being there every step of the way through your partner’s path to relief — your role is incredibly important in this process.

Our team is committed to making your experience with USA Spine Care as stress-free and comfortable as possible. That’s why we’d like to start by addressing some of the most common questions Care Partners like you have:

How do I find out if my loved one is a candidate for minimally invasive surgery at USA Spine Care?

The first step is to get a no-cost MRI review.* Use the form on the right to get started or call 1-866-249-1627 now to speak with a Patient Empowerment Consultant.

How long is the recovery process?

Because our procedures use a less than 1-inch incision, patients are up and walking within hours of surgery,^ with no hospital stay. After two weeks, patients may gradually increase their activity level based on how they feel, continuing this progress for five to six weeks after surgery.

Who should accompany my loved one the day of surgery?

The Care Partner accompanying the patient must be at least 18 years old, able to drive, able to assist the patient on the day of surgery and able to care for the patient for the first 24 hours after surgery.

What should I expect throughout the patient experience as a Care Partner?

Upon arrival at the facility

When you and your partner arrive, you’ll be greeted by a member of our team and offered a tour of the facility. The Registration Guide you receive prior to arrival contains everything you need to know about the hours and days ahead, including:
