Dr. Anthony Gross

Consult Chiropractor

Profile Overview

Dr. Gross began his career as a neurobehavioral therapist in 1995 in New Jersey, where he consulted with patients concerning various neurological disorders. Dr. Gross graduated from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) with high honors in 1999.

Upon graduation, he relocated to Arizona and was in private practice in metro Phoenix for more than 12 years, where his clinics served as the official chiropractor of the Phoenix Coyotes NHL team. In addition to his interest and experience in caring for athletes, Dr. Gross also served in various professional state and national leadership positions, including President of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic. This is due to his belief that medical providers should be involved in the legislative process as stewards for patients to help improve access to a wider choice of quality health care options. That being said, it has always been his dream to work for the benefit of patients in a multidisciplinary setting, which is what led him to join the team at the USA Spine Care.

With many years of clinical experience, Dr. Gross brings an extensive skill set to the team. For example, in 2014 he was instrumental in the development of a first of its kind post-surgical spine rehabilitation certificate program in partnership with the American Chiropractic Association. This was geared to expose and educate chiropractors in the multidisciplinary and evidence-based delivery of perioperative care for patients with debilitating conditions of the spine.

In 2017, Dr. Gross received additional training and credentials in MRI of the spine through the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. As the Consult Physician for the Scottsdale USA Spine Care, he enjoys having the opportunity to work directly with patients and helping to determine if they are a candidate for minimally invasive surgery or if other treatment options are more appropriate.
